OUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY

How can i get my order Exchanged/Returned?
You can write us an email on sales@capecouture.in or fill the form below or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for exchange/return. Our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours to help you process your return. ❤️

Terms for Exchange / Returns :
   •            Orders can be exchanged/returned within 5 days from the date of receipt. Any requests received after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
   •            If there are visible signs of wear, washing, or any other defect on the product, the product will be shipped back to the customer and the refund/ exchange will not be processed.
Return Pickup :
   •            Reverse pickups are generated at an additional cost of Rs. 150.
Refund Process :
   •            Refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours after we receive the product in our warehouse. 

If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know and we will do our best to make things right.
